Think high-energy dance troupe, with all the joy of performing the routines (weekly) but without the audience - that's us! Troupe is passionate about dance and the way it energises you, especially when it's set to crazy good music and alongside other "Troupers".
Our 45-minute weekly sessions of creative, cardio-focussed choreography from a mix of dance styles give our Troupers a serious physical and mental boost, and Troupe's signature 4, 5 or 6 week blocks keep our routines and playlists fresh and fun.
Our aim at Troupe is pretty simple - to bring joy and energy through fitness to a community of dance lovers, and to make you sweat. Lots.
CLASS OPTIONS: We offer blocks of classes or single PAYG sessions. Bookings in advance (online) or in-class (contactless payments). Come join the Troupe!
